During your grieving process, we understand the importance of providing comprehensive support every step of the way. In addition to our dedicated assistance, there are numerous organizations and resources available to provide further support and guidance tailored to your specific needs.
Saif Care
We would like to extend our care to offer support to all our families if they need it. We have listed a wide range of support options below, including SAIF Care and other bereavement support links. SAIF Care is offered by SAIF – the National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors and is available free to all of our clients. We offer the SAIF Care service because we know that no-one can understand exactly what your loss feels like to you. But we do understand that it’s sometimes easier to talk to someone outside of your friends and family about grief and the impact of bereavement on your life.
SAIF Care bereavement support provides a range of services to bereaved people over the age of 18. There is also the option for referral into counselling by telephone, webcam or face to face in your local area by skilled and qualified bereavement counsellors*. (*Fees may apply for this service) Other options below will be more appropriate to Children and young people.

Trust Inheritance
We work in partnership with the award-winning Bereavement Team at Trust Inheritance.
They are specialists who have been supporting bereaved families for over 30 years.
Their mission is to remove barriers to legal information, and to champion legal transparency during bereavement. They can offer advice and some services for free, and you can call as often as you like – as one of our clients. They also offer a wide range of legal services if you need additional help.

Funeral Workshops
We are giving the opportunity to pop in to 137 Little Ealing Lane, W5 4EJ, have a coffee and talk about all the things you want to know relating to funerals. This is with absolutely no obligation of course.
The aim is to demystify the taboo around death and dying, to offer advice on the many options available to you, and to do this in an informal positive atmosphere rather than at the time when crisis strikes and you are grieving. We sometimes also have guest speakers who work within the industry and end of life care. We look forward to welcoming the community of Ealing and Northfields to meet us, and our team. As far as we are aware this is the first time something like this has been done locally, and we welcome your suggestions as to topics that you would like us to cover.
